Why these settings live here

This area is meant for stable workspace-facing controls. It is intentionally smaller than the rest of Settings because it should not turn into a general dumping ground for unrelated toggles.

What to expect

The organization tab is now intentionally narrow. Personal preferences such as email notifications and dashboard display choices live under notification preferences instead.
