How to control report-ready and scan summary email notifications.
Use notification preferences to control which Hygiara emails you receive.
What matters
Notification settings affect email delivery for events such as:
- reports becoming ready
- scan summary notifications
- follow-up actions shown in settings
The review page remains the source of truth even when email is disabled or delayed.
Do this
- Open Settings.
- Find notification preferences.
- Enable or disable the notification types you want.
- Save changes.
Check the result
Your preferences should remain selected after saving.
For report readiness, verify the Report tab if email does not arrive.
Avoid
- assuming email delivery means every user saw the report
- rerunning reviews because a notification did not arrive
- disabling scan summaries without another monitoring habit
