Customers
Customer Workspace
How to use the customer page to manage connections, reviews, and customer-specific activity.
What this page is for
This page explains how to use the customer page once a customer already exists.
When to use it
Use the customer page when:
- you are working on one customer specifically
- you need to manage that customer’s saved Azure access
- you want to run another review without selecting the customer again
How to use it
Reviews tab
Use this tab to:
- open reviews for this customer only
- check whether a review completed
- download a report for this customer
- start the next review from the same customer context
Connections tab
Use this tab to:
- add a reusable Azure connection
- edit an existing connection
- validate or revalidate connection access
- remove a connection that is no longer useful
Start a review from here
If you already know the review belongs to this customer, this is usually the best place to launch it. The customer is preselected and the saved connections are already in the right context.
What to expect
The customer page is meant to become the operational home for repeat work on that customer. Once the first review is done, this page is often more useful than the generic dashboard.
Common mistakes
- launching from a generic page when you already know which customer the review belongs to
- forgetting to validate a saved connection before an important rerun
- assuming the customer page is only for setup and not for ongoing review work
