4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential session and security cookies where they are needed to work safely. Optional Google Analytics stays off unless you select Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect the website, walkthrough form, or confirmation emails.
We remember your analytics choice in your browser for up to 180 days. You can review or change it at any time using Privacy settings in the footer.
6. How long we keep information
Walkthrough requests and related correspondence are normally retained for up to 12 months after our last interaction, then deleted when they are no longer needed. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence may be retained for the duration of the relationship and for any additional period required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Account information and service records are normally retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for security, recovery, legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Technical and security records are retained for limited periods based on operational and security needs. Analytics retention is controlled through the relevant analytics service configuration.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
To exercise a right, email support@hygiara.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work.
