Terms of Service

These terms govern your account and your use of the Hygiara service.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

1. Your agreement

By creating an account or using Hygiara, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

If you use Hygiara for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing access within your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Hygiara only lawfully and only with permission to assess the Azure environments and data you connect. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, evade limits, introduce malicious code, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

4. The service

Hygiara provides automated Azure assessment findings, guidance, and reports. These outputs support professional judgement; they are not a guarantee of security, compliance, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to apply any recommendation.

Azure access granted to Hygiara should follow least-privilege principles. Hygiara does not intentionally modify your Azure resources as part of an assessment.

5. Your content and our service

You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, protect, and present that content to operate the service. Hygiara and its underlying software, design, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Hygiara reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change as it evolves. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Ending access

You may stop using Hygiara at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address a breach of these terms, or meet a legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive the end of access.

8. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@hygiara.com.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. If a change materially affects existing users, we will provide reasonable notice.
